The Grid Corrupt is because you Paused your download while downloading which is already Explained at (Help | Tutorial) Tab.
you should take a effort to read all those Faqs before download those games.

Lord of the rings LOTRBFME1-Smart.part13.rar is corrupt have tryed redownloading already CRC error error 25116 bad block.
Can you reload/retest as this is causing the extraction to fail.
